Lori Janke

Lori Janke is the founder and Principal Consultant of Strategic Execution Group, where she helps organizations turn complex strategies into practical, measurable results. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across retail, distribution, manufacturing, human resources, enterprise transformation, and technology. Lori is also the co-owner of Once Upon a Child in Newport News, which opened in 2010. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operating model redesigns, shared services initiatives, post-acquisition integrations, and data and AI readiness programs in the United States and internationally. A Williamsburg resident, Lori is passionate about supporting local businesses, strengthening the regional economy, and helping organizations build the capabilities they need to grow.
